After many years in the behavioral health industry, the founders of Analytic Healthcare Solutions realized that the Revenue Cycle management (RCM) process had become sterile and impersonal. It had become a process where the patients’ needs were lost in a deluge of medical and insurance terminology and rhetoric, producing a higher frequency of scenarios in which insurers were less apt to authorize or reimburse for treatment, leaving more and more patients unnecessarily at risk.
It was with this understanding that Analytic Healthcare Solutions was founded and it has informed the manner in which we approach the billing and utilization review process. Our mission is clear; we navigate the intricacies and overwhelming red tape carriers present as obstacles between patient care and reimbursement for those providing the care.
Our method? It’s analytical, methodical, and unyielding. We are here to tackle the very challenges that many providers face when locked in battles with insurance giants.
Director of RCM
Ron Chapman serves as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, bringing nearly a decade of specialized experience in behavioral health revenue cycle operations. He began working in the behavioral health RCM field in 2017 and has continuously expanded his expertise across all aspects of billing, reimbursement, and payer strategy. Ron has worked closely with the founders since 2017, developing a deep understanding of the operational and financial complexities unique to behavioral health organizations. Following the establishment of AHS in 2023, Ron stepped into the role of Director of Revenue Cycle Management, where he continues to play a key role in supporting the company’s growth and long-term success.
In his current role, Ron is dedicated to ensuring that facility claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and reimbursed at optimal rates, while maintaining compliance with evolving payer and regulatory requirements. Outside of work, Ron enjoys spending time with his dogs and rarely passes up the opportunity to attend a live sporting event—no matter the sport.
Director of Client Relations
Dan Musumeci serves as Director of Client Relations at Analytic Healthcare Solutions, where he leads our commitment to delivering world-class Revenue Cycle Management services with a boutique, white-glove approach.
With a deep understanding of payer systems and healthcare reimbursement strategy, Dan ensures that every client receives proactive oversight, strategic advocacy, and measurable financial performance improvement. He works directly with healthcare organizations to protect revenue integrity, resolve complex payer challenges, and strengthen operational outcomes.
Dan’s focus is simple: elevate the client experience while maximizing reimbursement. Through high-touch service, relentless follow-through, and expert navigation of major insurance carriers, he ensures our partners receive not just RCM services — but a true strategic ally.
Co-Founder
Naz Andekian co-founded Analytic Healthcare Solutions in Pompano Beach, Florida, a firm dedicated to behavioral health billing and revenue cycle management for mental health and substance abuse facilities. With a robust background as Chief Operating Officer at 1st Step Behavioral Health, she specialized in utilization review, claims processing, credentialing, and tackling insurance denials that plague treatment centers. Launching the company alongside Chris Wilkinson in early 2023, Naz has driven growth by pioneering analytical tools that streamline out-of-network reimbursements, census management, and insurer compliance while keeping patient care at the forefront. Her career kicked off in the behavioral health sector, where hands-on operations and regulatory expertise built her reputation for solving revenue cycle bottlenecks amid complex payer requirements.
